I am a career coach passionate about helping people turn their career dreams into reality and get their target jobs.

After 13 years of corporate experience in HR business partnership and recruitment within globally renowned companies, I have left corporate life, and since then, I have been offering my career coaching and consulting services to individuals worldwide. I am supporting my clients in creating sustainable career plans and realising their professional goals by leveraging my strong industry knowledge and business acumen.

Do you give a guarantee to land a job?

No, because there are many different parameters that affect finding a job. You might not follow the instructions we set together, the job market might be affected by external reasons, or your expertise and skills might not match the requirements, and so on. I can increase your chances of getting a job by clarifying and highlighting your strengths, skills, and expertise in your career documents, job search processes, and at the pre-mid-after interview stage so that you stand out from other candidates.

Do you find a job or sponsor instead of me?

No, it is not my job. I support you in landing a job by providing my recruitment and job market insights and helping you set the right job target, develop your job search strategy, and manage the right job search process.

After our work, can I ask questions regarding my job search and career?

Yes, you can ask questions and request advice by booking a 'Phone Consultation' call or a career consulting session. Otherwise, it might be impossible for me to answer all my ex-clients' career-related questions.

Do you provide a visa consultancy? (Skilled Worker Visa, Scale-up Visa etc.)

No, I am a career coach with an HR background. Visa is not within my business scope, and I do not have a license to offer visa consultancy. I have knowledge of career-related visas, including the Skilled Worker Visa, Scale-up Visa and I guide my clients according to visa requirements.

However, I provide consultancy in Global Talent Visa in which is a talent-based visa category in collaboration with my partner, Deniz Ozgur Yilmaz who is licenced immigration advisor.

How can I make a payment from abroad? (outside the UK)

You can make your payment via any of your debit/credit cards or PayPal (if it offers services in your country). There is a two-installment option when you want to pay with your debit/credit card. As my business is in the UK, your invoice will be stated as GBP.
